The Agricultural and Horticultural Organizations Act, R.S.O. 1990 requires societies to submit an annual return to the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) each year in order to remain in Good Standing.

Societies can access and submit their completed Annual Return and upload supporting documents using the new and improved submission process through Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON).
