The application process to request a hospitality suite for the 2025 OAAS Convention is now open. (Feb. 20-22. Sheraton Parkway Hotel, Richmond Hill, ON). The process is an APPLICATION PROCESS. You are NOT GUARANTEED a suite by completing this form.
There is more demand than supply, so the OAAS will be reviewing the application forms carefully, before making the selection.
We understand that not everyone will receive a suite and we do apologize.
Please complete the APPLICATION FORM by April 15th. A notice will be received by May 1st with the final confirmation.

The 2nd annual OAAS - Central Canada Exhibition Association Scholarship“ awarded to six Ontario students involved in their local agricultural societies
Stirling, ON (October 18, 2023) The Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies (OAAS) is pleased to announce the awarding of the second annual OAAS - Central Canada Exhibition Scholarships, with an increase of six recipients for 2023. Congratulations to Julie French (Albion Bolton), Emily Lennox ( ), Emma Oulette (Brigden), Reegan Sawyer (Glencoe), Bella Todd ( ) and Jordan Wills (Dresden).
The OAAS - Central Canada Exhibition Association Scholarship was launched in 2022 and in partnership together, the OAAS and the Central Canada Exhibition Association (CCEA), created a scholarship program recognizing youth who have been actively involved in their home agricultural societies and fairs.
Sixteen (16) applications from nine (9) districts throughout Ontario were received for the inaugural year. Evaluation criteria for the scholarship included local agricultural society, community and school involvement, letters of reference, proof of post secondary enrollment and an essay outlining “their future plans for contributing as a volunteer within their current or future community.”

In the interim, you can log on to the Promoting Agriculture Careers Initiative order form found here.
Through this link, you can order the materials for your society, As part of the normal reporting, you will be asked to attest to the setting up of the booth, if you do, you will receive the $500/fair day with your regular annual funding.
As much as possible, please ensure that you submit your request 10 business days before your event to ensure delivery on time.
More detailed information will be made available soon from OMAFRA please note this is an OMAFRA-run program, not the OAAS.
